Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system
- Full advance payment is required to confirm new patient appointments
- Old patients within 30 days of first visit get free follow-up
- Token numbers are assigned after payment verification
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund
- No-shows may affect future booking privileges
